That I was speaking to a human being immediately and not having to press umpteen buttons or tell a machine that I wanted to speak with a human being. So simple yet most financial institutions these days have totally lost it. Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

The phone was answered promptly, she spoke clearly and not too quickly, clearly was expe fenced in the building society and products and, although she made a suggestion about my savings, didn't pressurised me into making a commitment. Reviewed on: 5th January 2022
