I always value the contact with Saffron staff; this issue took a bit of sorting out and there was a long wait to be connected to a member of staff, but we got there in the end! Reviewed on: 6th April 2021

Time taken to answer the call was excessive - I completed an online chat whilst on hold where she advised that my query needed to be answered via the phone - you had resource waiting and available for the online chat but not to answer phone Reviewed on: 30th March 2021
