It took me 3 attempts on consecutive days to get an answer to my telephone call. When I was on hold there was no indication of where I was in the queue. When I finally got through the lady was friendly, helpful and got the matter sorted. Reviewed on: 13th January 2021

Very disappointed with the length of time it took to get through to a member of staff; I thought that I would know every note of music played to me whilst hanging on which was in exes of twenty minutes! Reviewed on: 13th January 2021

I was annoyed about having to hang on the phone for almost 50 minutes before speaking to an adviser. It would have been useful if your system stated how many callers were before you so I could decide whether to wait or call back. Reviewed on: 12th January 2021

Website needs much improvement. I was misled into believing I could enter my instructions for my maturing regular saver. Distressing experience. Next day, after queueing a long time on phone, kind young woman sorted it all out for me. Reviewed on: 12th January 2021
