I liked the fact that it was easy to get through on the phone, and the staff were very helpful. Your online system needs to be improved, as I cannot access my account due to System errors. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2020

LIkes: 1. Its a proper building society. 2. Interest rates not so bad as other accounts. Dislikes: 1. . Online account opening procedure is not fit for purpose. 2. I'd explain in full but 240 characters is not enough space. Reviewed on: 15th December 2020
