It was Ok generally but on one day I waited on the phone for ten minutes and then gave up. Otherwise telephone answered reasonably quickly. However on every call I had to listen to the same automated message which lasted around 1.5 min !! Reviewed on: 14th December 2020

Telephone contact with Saffron Customer Service has been prompt and with courteous staff. Branch staff helpful and courteous during difficult times. Good to have access to the branch at the moment. Reviewed on: 14th December 2020

I'm happy to accept that preferring local mutuals to international banks might mean lower quality of service. There were however a few features that were unacceptable at any level i.e. I've just started and run out of 240 chars. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020
