I'm happy to accept that preferring local mutuals to international banks might mean lower quality of service. There were however a few features that were unacceptable at any level i.e. I've just started and run out of 240 chars. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020

Mainly that you have seemingly not made COVID-19 a good reason for cutting back on service at a time when most customers are likely to appreciate standards being maintained, or even enhanced. Downloadable account details would help. Reviewed on: 7th December 2020
