Amazing staff for an amazing Building Society.

They are always professional and listening. They have attractive products and some of the best interest rates for savings accounts. They keep you informed about the Bank of England interest rates and also they always give you the chance to give your opinion on how the Building Society is managed. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

A refreshing change.

Saffron staff offer a personal service

I find the website very clear and informative. When on occasions I have rung to ask a question either about my savings or something else, staff have been friendly, knowledgeable and interested in me. I know some of the information was probably on the website but I’ve never been told to go to the website to find it - my query has always been dealt with there and then. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026
