The staff at Ware have been really helpful- I have an injury and am unable to use my right hand and they are always very kind. Reviewed on: 22nd June 2026

Preemptively helpful.

Having hearing problems it’s nice to speak with someone with a good clear speaking voice who patiently explains things. Also, thank you for realising I had opened the wrong account and sorting that out too. Reviewed on: 20th June 2026

A professional member of staff

I wanted to set up an Online account for my barbershop chorus but found there was no !save’ option if I wanted a break. So I used a paper application form. However that was not acceptable for that type of account. However Sally Atkins offered to use that information to set up a different account and then transfer the details to the account I wanted. She did this in the morning and by the evening my money was safely earning interest. Sally was a joy to speak with, obviously knew what the system could do and used it very professionally. She was an excellent PR person for Saffron . Reviewed on: 19th June 2026
