The lady on the phone (Florrie Gray) dealt with my query quickly and professionally. This included setting me up with a higher interest rate savings account. She also passed on my details to obtain further information for my will, which was very much appreciated. Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

I spoke to Zoe this morning (09.03.26). What a lovely knowledgeable person! I had various questions and get a little muddled on the telephone and she was terrific. She didn't make me feel hurried and I felt valued as a customer. She calmly and very nicely took me through all the options and, after that conversation, it's made me even more certain that I want to stay with Saffron.
