update, after shopping around I found that even with all the arrangement , and cancelling fees , Saga are still a good bet, because even with all that their rates are still better than the others, so I have to apologies for my previous rant-- still not too sure about them being able to take money before due date, but received reasonable explanation for it , so all's well that ends...... Terrible!

My car claim against a third party became an opportunity for saga to make more money. Car hire,lawyers,letters,stung out over 6 months and counting. Saga the company is registered in Gibraltar. How many customers enjoy having the money they pay saga go out of the country tax-free? Reviewed on: 31st August 2016

So Far So Good

What I've liked about Saga so far is a) that their policies are easy to understand; b) that their prices are competitive and c) that they don't rush to raise your premiums as soon as they think they've got you. And I have to say that I've found them easy to deal with on the telephone so far, although I've not had any major claims to settle. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2016

Saga are dedicated to my age group so tailor their insurance to suit me. I've also been impressed that they don't bump the premium up drastically for no obvious reason. Reviewed on: 15th August 2016

Renting a saga policy, they wanted £10 just for the pleasure of "arranging insurance" WTF. Quotes on comparison sites sounded high too, when they say they are going down. Reviewed on: 4th March 2016
