Real people, great price, proper customer service.

Firstly, I always get to speak to a real person who really knows their stuff and is happy to answer any questions. They work with you to find the best deal. Secondly, if you need to change any policy details, a quick phone call makes it happen - and without a nasty admin fee. Finally, Saga are competitive.
