I have used Saga for car insurance for several years.

I have used Saga for car insurance for several years. My finances are poor and they saved me a lot of money. I only have my pension so they have helped a lot. When I have had queries they have been helpful and friendly. I would recommend Saga to any seniors particularly those with money worries. Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

DO NOT USE SAGA DO NOT USE, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT. SAGA as a company is not fit for purpose. Car insurance, i rang to cancel the automatic renewal (that i declined when taking out the policy)!! The assistant confirmed at the end of the call she had cancelled my current policy and confirmed my renewal. It's 2 days later and I am still fighting this incompetent company to reinstate my current policy. I did point out the fact that if i called to take a policy they would cover me immediately. Just proving that I am being lied to, repeatedly. DO NOT USE. Reviewed on: 24th April 2026

Car Insurance Claims Excess Made Clear

Car insurance clearly set out policy contents and benefits. For example policy maybe more expensive than other providers though accidents claims excess is cheaper in comparison to other car insurance providers excess. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

For my age group, best price.

For my age group, best price and premiums are not artificially raised at renewal as they seems to be with many other companies. In my case actually lowered in the last two years! Early warning of auto-renewal too. Reviewed on: 18th February 2026
