All policies have an uninsured driver promise protecting your no claims discount and no excess to pay if you're hit by an uninsured driver. Depending on the policy, there are extras you can add on to the policy to provide more protection.

I like the three year fixed price

I like the three year plan but when the 3 year plan came up for renewal it was 3 times dearer but a phone call they were kind enough to reduce the price locked in for the next 3 years Reviewed on: 21st August 2025

Excellent Customer Service

The sales people are excellent and can answer any query you have. If they are going to call you back they actually do, so for customer service they provide a really good service. Everything is explained fully so you understand what you are purchasing so nothing is a surprise when you get your policy. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025

Simply outstanding service.

I have had car and home insurance with Saga for a number of years. My car insurance was up for renewal recently. Because of a change in my personal circumstances, the new policy premium was going be difficult to afford. I spoke to a really understanding and helpful member of staff at Saga. She couldn't have been more helpful. In this digital and impersonal world, it was so refreshing to speak to someone that clearly knew their job and she went out of the way to help. I can honestly say that l have not had such a positive experience from any company, let alone an insurance company, in all my 68 years.
