Ive had to have my windscreen replaced and it all went through so smoothly , from the telephone call explaining why , the really helpful person on the other end of the line to the helpful repair people coming out to my home to do the actual windscreen replacement in a couple of days . SAGA WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING WHEN I WAS REVIEWING THIS YEARS CAR POLICY WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT I FELT I HAD BEEN UNFAIRLY TREATED WITH RENEWING MY PREVIOUS YEAR'S CAR POLICY AND WHEN THEY UNDERSTOOD THE CIRCUMSTANCES AND LOOKED INTO HOW LONG I HAD BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THEM THEY PUT IT RIGHT STRAIGHT AWAY FOR ME.
