The Assistants Go The Extra Mile

I was after a quote and called close to the close of business. During the call it became clear that the operator needed to check something with her supervisor which she did only to call me back after hours having stayed on to ensure that I was helped and able to set up the policy. Usually if it’s after hours with other providers they tell you to call back the next day. Excellent service from whoever it was at Saga Insurance. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Totally unrealistic renewal increase!
