Great company

The Human Touch Feels Good

Oh the relief of phoning up with a question and finding that you are able to talk to a human being. Saga provides a great telephone service. You speak to an intelligent human being who listens to your question and answers it. A one-step solution! Unlike the dreaded AI chat options or FAQs etc where so often you can't find the information needed or your problem doesn't fit neatly into one of the "typical" issues. First class service! Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable customer service advisors. None are 'pushy' and all take time to explain everything. I've used Saga for a few years now, and I'm a committed customer. It's really good to know the head office is in Folkestone Kent - (great place to live, I know it well). Carry on as you are Saga!
