Customer service is superb at Saga.

Customer service is superb at Saga. Once through to an assistant they are remarkably helpful. Polite, funny but also incredibly efficient. I hate online forums and one of the reasons i use Saga is the ability to phone and speak to a real person. The phone answering system could be faster (they are often sorry but extremely busy- so maybe hire more operators) but once through you’re golden. Saga has had my Motorhome Insurance for several years.

Saga has had my Motorhome Insurance for several years. Its not the cheapest I could find but having had an accident in recent years, that they dealt with superbly, I am happy to stay with them.If and when I need to contact Sage, I have found I always get helpful, polite and friendly service.
