False claim against me resolved promptly.

Has an issue where I was wrongly named as being in a hit and run. I could prove my car was nowhere near the area and staff dealt with the issue promptly and thoroughly allowing the claim to be dropped the same day. Staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Quality prices for insurance.

Like everyone else I needed car insurance cover and after shopping around I did a computer search. And Saga came up with a very reasonable price which I accepted. Simple Saga Insurance website with easy navigation and all the correct options are available if required. Did not need to speak to a Saga representative as everything was available on the website. Will use again at renewal time. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
