Saga made making a claim very easy.

False claim against me resolved promptly.

Has an issue where I was wrongly named as being in a hit and run. I could prove my car was nowhere near the area and staff dealt with the issue promptly and thoroughly allowing the claim to be dropped the same day. Staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
