Thankfully straightforward application....

Thankfully straightforward application and processing, Better, fairer pricing than about 5 others I examined. Then I unfortunately needed to change the date [I had already set a policy with another provider, By Miles - being so restricted I'd become uneasy - and found this one the next day or so - it hadn't come up before]. So I rang to switch - prompt, friendly and efficient responder - and unfortunately had to go through the same process to apply for a new policy. I was taken aback, I'd thought it would be easy just to change the date. Then price came up as £40 more. I accepted it but was miffed at this. At that point I had paid for three policies - no-one's fault, but had to wait several days for refunds, as stated though. All my doing! Overall a very good experience.. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Saga review.

I am not very good on the computer but found it fairly easy to get my car insured by SAGA. It was wonderful to get large print documents by post. This not only makes it more convenient for me but also for my wife. She can refer to the policy if needed. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
