Simply The Best

Clear and concise communication

Whenever I have had occasion to call Saga, I get the feeling I am talking to an individual who I can clearly hear and more importantly understand what they are saying. Some might say that given their target demographic that would be a prerequisite but that is certainly not the case, try talking to some providers with household names including other insurance companies and you are talking to someone in a call centre with lots of background noise and dialect that then becomes very hard to understand without repeated requests of “I’m sorry, could you say that again please”.
