I insured my car with Saga for 4 years.

I insured my car with Saga for 4 years. I even had the 3-year deal with them after the first year. And I made not a single claim. Yet, in year 5, they increased my premium by literally 3 times. From just under $500 to over £1,400. I was taken aback. And I could literally hear the "shrug" of the customer service person on the phone. It was a "take it or leave it" tone with no value for a loyal customer who had made absolutely no claim. I chose to leave it. Don't use this company! Reviewed on: 31st July 2025
