Excellent Service

I renewed my car and home insurance with Saga earier this year. I was offered a 3 year fixed price option for both which I took advantage of as it gave me peace of mind regarding future costs. This deal , however, also gave me the option to cancel and move to another supplier if i wished to with no penalty. This option I found very reasuring. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021

Very friendly and helpful

Excellent attention to detail.

It is easier for older people to speak to a helpful person rather than try to sort it online.Most old people are not computer savvy.When ringing Saga we don’t get music for half an hour,but receive quick attention. Reviewed on: 29th September 2021
