Worst ever customer service ever

Put my price up every year even when I signed up for the 3 year fixed price and this year they tried to put the price up by nearly £300 and on my renewal listed me as having a claim but the paper work for my renewal said 1 claim in 5 years the only time I have needed help was for a rear windscreen. On the paperwork for my renewal it states that glass claim will not be seen as a claim I tried 3 different departments and had no help the price was to high and ever company on go compare was about £600 and yours was £800. I am shore that the other company’s are charging more as you have listed me as having a claim a may look at speak to legal adviser. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
