VERY HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT!

I had a minor bump with my Ford Fiesta, with a motorist driving into the side/rear of the car at relatively low speed. Reported the accident to Saga, who set the the wheels in motion, with a loan car organised and delivered. A bodyrepair shop collected the Fiesta and the necessary repairs carried out. We were kept up-to-date with progress throughout. An almost pleasant experience! Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
