Travel worry free

First class service

Always first class service from this company. I also have house insurance with them, and have been extremely happy that they have included 'boiler service' in the contract. It means that I can get my central heating boiler serviced each year by a competent service engineer without me having to go looking for another firm to do the job. Consistently fair over 15 years

Best insurance policy to meet my needs. Always lower than other main brands that I comparison check every year where their promises don’t match up at the bottom line. Excellent communications online and by telephone in making renewals. I feel very safe with Saga. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Solid Service and Competitive Rates

Whenever I renew my car insurance I shop around and Saga regularly comes-up in the top ten. On that basis, there has never been a need or desire to change. When I have called upon their services they have been quick, efficient and helpful. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Staff at Saga are exceptionally knowledgeable, polite and very easy to talk over any issues with. I did have a problem with on e insurance but saga sorted it out in a timely efficient way and they treated me very well during the process.
