Saga Insurance is the best insurance company I have used out of many in the last 50 years simply the best Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Faultless

Saga throughout the last year have been super efficient. I asked for a paper copy of my insurance certificate and received one, two days later. Easy to understand documents and , a friendly but efficient customer service. The personal are based in this country and are easy to reaching understand and given my more mature years that is a bonus. I have no hesitation in recommending Saga to all my friends. Saga Champions the clients

My car was struck whilst parked outside my home. The repairers had two unsuccessful attempts to repair the damage. They didn't, they told lies. Saga commissioned an individual assessor who upheld my complaints. My car was successfully repaired by another firm. I was supported through this long anxious period. I was amazed to be given compensation without ever requesting it. I consider this excellent service which I have never received elsewhere. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
