Fast, efficient, helpful and kind

I had moved to Saga two weeks previously when my car suffered mechanical failure and crashed. By that evening, Saga had agreed to write it off, organised pick-up of the wreck and delivered a courtesy car to my door - I live in a very rural area and could not have managed without one, especially because I needed to visit my elderly mother in hospital.
