Saga is not a saga to deal with.

As i have got older i have found them easy and understanding to deal. Nothing is too much trouble for them to sort out and they are also competitive on price too. Thoroughly recommendable. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Contact

Very good and positive contact by phone , we have 2 cars and when switching my wife’s car Aviva could not be contacted by phone and on line useless. Saga by phone excellent Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

Car insurance clarification

Changed car and couldn’t get the online form to accept correct value. Called Helpline but Assistant could not override algorithm derived value (33% less than price paid and verified by online valuations websites).Tried on line chat and Assistant was able to apply correct vehicle value. Customer Service contacted and they confirmed that the amended value was insured value. My advice is be very wary if you accept SAGA’s valuation and challenge - you could be seriously out of pocket in the event of a claim. Pleased that insurance was what I wanted but not happy that it took persistence to get the correct result. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
