Loyalty and Simplicity

Best company saga

Was going away on two holidays last year one in October but due to covid we could not go booked Annual insurance but with not using it At all got some of our money back.we have house insurance and with saga car have been with them for quite a few years .don’t think it is worth changing has they always give you good value for your money. Excellent service and value

Staff have excellent customer service skills, good product knowledge and explain everything in an easy clear manner. No nasty surprises the contract is as described and meets the customers specific needs. Over all good value for money across different types of insurance. On line viewing of ones contracts is relatively easy and straight forward. It is also easy to call Saga and speak to someone should you need help. I am extremely satisfied with the different insurance products I have with Saga and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
