Saga Agents Get Acclaimed. ( should be)

My comprehensive car policy is on a three year fixed price renewal.I had a couple of quearies,this was earlier this year during lockdown restrictions and the agent who completed the renewal and answered my questions to my utmost satisfaction was working from her home.she was VERY HAPPY to have been of service to me and came across as friendly,helpful and approachable..
