New customer and recommended product within 1 week

Administration 'appiness!

Fantastic! Called to change my insurance as I have changed vehicle. Expecting an administration charge but this has now been done away with. This is an insurer leading the way, not following the leader. So easy to deal with and friendly helpful colleagues. Task completed with 100% satisfaction in a 5 minute call. Thanks to all at Saga. 3 Year lock

I was given a very good quote in 2019 and quote was held for 3 years. Even though I was guaranteed this quote I did not have to renew with Saga. I decided to renew. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
