Good insurance products and Service

Used Saga for a few years now for both car and travel insurance. Their policies offer products above many competitors like Accident Healthcare and they have a feature where you can fix your insurance costs for 3 years so you know exactly what you are paying without any nasty shocks. They also have lots of prize draws which I enjoy entering and useful information like fraud protection helpline and tips on other insurance related matters. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Unbelievable Prices

I had a few quotes for car insurance with the prices being much the same as my existing insurer. I nearly called it a day , then thought I'll try Saga because I have my home insurance with them. The quote was over £100 cheaper than the others and that's guaranteed for the next three years ! After accepting the quote I had reason to ring customer services about something on the form I had filled in and found the person very friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 1st August 2021

Efficient, cost effective car insurance

BEST YET CHEAPEST CAR INSURANCE AROUND

I had been with my previous company for a number of years until June 2021 when my policy increased by £120. Saga gave the same cover at £20 below last years price, for same cover etc with a good well knowncompany Reviewed on: 31st July 2021

Discusted with saga

4 insurance policies with this terrible company treated like they are not interested in me had a no fault claim promised a like for like hired car but expected me to do all the running around to get one never call you back after promising to and everytime you ring them on the line on hold for average 50mins 6 times now and no help from them anyone looking for cover should avoid them you have been warned Reviewed on: 2nd June 2021

You are in for an unpleasant shock if you move house

We were very happy with the premium that we initially paid until we moved house. Although we moved from London to Colchester in Essex, which generally would qualify for a lower risk premium, Saga then demanded an extra £108; despite us pointing out that we should be getting a refund, rather than an increase, because of the lower risk factor. Saga have taken advantage, because we have no option other than to stay with them. Let this be a warning to anybody thinking of moving house, whilst insured with a dishonourable company.
