Saga honoured a deal for my car insurance.

Saga offered me my car insurance which i thought was a great deal but I did nothing about it as I thought it would just renew. When this did not happen, I phoned and asked for the deal they had offered me but that deal was no longer available. I wasn't happy but they were lovely enough to honour this deal even though the mistake was mine......sort of. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
