Very helpful with both my car and home insurance

When my wife passed away they were very helpful and made sure that my policy’s were updated to make sure that if I did need to claim that I was fully covered for everything. This took all the pressure off me during a very difficult time. Reviewed on: 13th September 2020

Prompt answering of phone, and not passed to another department.

I phoned about renewal of car policy - phone was answered promptly and the person answering the phone was able to deal with my query, without passing me on to someone else. Following my retirement, my mileage is lower, so he reduced the premium. Discount offered for Home policy when it comes up for renewal next year. Very professional. Reviewed on: 13th September 2020

Joined-Up Insurance

I find that Saga has got a grip on its communications, for example no completed menus when phoning them, and no ‘out-of-UK’ call centres. A while ago I had an accident claim against a third party. Saga’s support, from collecting my car and me, to settling for a ‘write-off’ was swift and as stress less as it could have been. Highly recommend? Reviewed on: 13th September 2020
