Courteous, Professional and Proactive in finding longer term solutions. Saga has been used for a number of years for my car insurance. During and as part of the last renewal process a 3 year rolling offer was made with relation to price fixing which I considered to be a proactive approach, which for me should avoid the annual search for reasonably priced motor insurances. What proved to be frustrating to me for many years was being offered insurance premiums from other competing companies against which the price would fall significantly during detailed discussions.
