Helpful, friendly, competitive

We have car insurance and when it comes to renewing they are always very helpful, friendly and competitive getting the best price any questions we have they are ready to answer. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Efficient and personal service

Always a very straightforward renewal process with competitive premiums every year. Have no reason to think claims handling would be any different but gladly have not needed to find out so far! Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

great service and price

Good value and easy to communicate with

I took out car insurance with saga, very good deal and able to fix the price for 3 years.. such good experience with them, they made everything easy, so much so that I now have my health insurance with them too . Just into my 50’s , there’s always been a bit of a joke about saga being for “old” people , don’t be embarrassed they have good offers.
