The service is excellent

Great service

I had a car accident at the start of covid lockdown. All you staff working from home were both efficient and helpful. Decisions were made quickly and without using the pandemic as an excuse for slow progress. I hope I don't need another claim but feel reassured that I will be dealt with courteously and effectively.
