Good price and good service.

We have checked Saga against other Insurance Companies several times and have always found them to be very competitively priced, offering exactly what my husband and I need for Car and Home Insurance. Their operatives are very friendly and are always able to give us the answer to any question we may have. We both have Saga Car Insurance, and we have Saga Home Insurance too. Excellent service

I am an NHS nurse working in general practice. During the lockdown of 2020, as a surgery, we decided that all of our shielded patients would receive any care needed via a home visit from us. I usually walk to work so called Saga to increase my cover. The lady I spoke to was amazingly helpful and polite. The surgery I work at would’ve happily reimbursed any extra outlay for me but saga charged nothing extra on my policy and gave me the cover that I needed to be able to do my job. It was explained to me by the lady that I spoke to that the free cover was because they did not want to put any extra pressure on the NHS . I was extremely grateful for this. At the end of our conversation the lady thanked the NHS for all the hard work and dedication that we give. I was humbled at this, as we get up and go to work daily to do our job because we love it. But, a little extra from a company or person goes a long way as although people/companies are grateful to the NHS we are also grateful for the support we have received during this difficult year. Superb!

Saga are brilliant. Take care of your car and possessions, always on the end of the phone or email if you need them, and give you the opportunity to take part in competitions and save money on a range of things from holidays to days out. I love Saga. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

They were there when I needed them

We were hit by a dangerous driver and one of our passengers died. The five people in the car were all in intensive care. I was at home on my own with a broken foot. Saga were a lifeline and helped me all along. Thank You All. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020

Always thought they were expensive but are value for money
