Superb customer service

Saga has been my car insurance provider for some years now. They make every effort to keep my premiums affordable and they have wonderful, professional people at the end of the phone who really go the extra mile for their customers. On the one occasion when I had to make a claim, the process was as straightforward and swift as you would like it to be. And the customer rewards scheme is pretty good too! Top marks. Being Charged over £36.00 Cancellation Fee.

I have been a loyal customer of Saga Car Insurance for many years...recently changed to the AA, because the cover was cheaper. I was charged over £36.00 exit fee or cancellation fee...this amount is not clearly stated on Saga's renewal document. This being a legal requirement...and this exit fee should be clearly stated. I have contacted the Chief Executive twice...with no-reply. A very poor service from such a respected company. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Reduced Premium because of reduced mileage during the pandemic.

I normally drive around 9,000 miles per year. This fell below 5,000 miles during the first part of the pandemic and will continue at a much reduced level for the time being. Saga quoted on 5,000 per year at renewal time and are willing to adjust the payment should my mileage increase unexpectedly during the current period. Reviewed on: 9th September 2021

Great service at a good price
