Human beings dealing with human beings

I've had cause to contact Saga to tell them about a new issue so far as my travel insurance is concerned and they've been fabulous. They've been so pleasant on the telephone, treated me like a human being, told me about next steps and met timescales. I feel heard and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Saga.
