Superb cover

Burnt Carpet

I dropped the hot iron on the carpet and burnt a small patch in the middle of the room. Within 2hrs of my contacting Saga everything was sorted I was amazed !! Reviewed on: 28th September 2021

1st class

My wife had an accident on our drive injuring herself and damaging the front of our house so badly that we could not shut the front door. The staff at saga were very sympathetic to our plight and even with the covid situation, put the weels in motion to secure our property and get professionals in place to repair our property to its original condition. Excellent service if you make a claim

I had a claim for a lost gold bangle. The whole process was very smooth with good options for resolution. The Jewellery company that replaced my bangle were extremely friendly and helpful. The designer was excellent and I actually prefer my replacement bangle to my lost one. Reviewed on: 28th September 2021
