Straightforward application process, easy to follow and to give detailed health information. A very competitive premium compared to the comparison websites. First class customer service from Saga. I had checked various companies before I rang Saga. Excellent explanation of the travel insurance product. No hard sales talk just calm and easy understanding of the policy explained. I've been with Saga two years now and I have peace of mind and feel secure in the cover and benefits Saga provides.
