Peace of mind when travelling

After Being admitted to hospital 2 weeks before travelling I was still unfit to fly and travel in Vietnam . Saga reimbursed my costs . I recovered and was able to holiday a few months later . As a result of their speedy reply my partner changed his insurance to saga and so did 3 of my friends who were very impressed . Thank you . Reviewed on: 8th September 2020

Trustworthy insurance

Have not had to claim but people have been helpful on the phone when I have rung up. I received some of my premium back when my cruise was cancelled but sadly not all! Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

Saga looks after its customers

Saga were very quick to reassure customers at the start of the pandemic lockdown regarding travel insurance with regular emails. Then they introduced lots of innovative things to do do whilst stuck indoors. All very much appreciated - thank you! Reviewed on: 26th August 2020

As soon as the covid19 hit Saga ran away
