I have taken out Saga travel insurance more than once as though I have not had the necessity to make a claim there is always an informative human to talk to. The whole process is not solely online if you have a question or problem. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Whenever we have needed to discuss health changes and their impact on our travel insurance SAGA service agents have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful -especially on the differences between "notifiable" and "chargeable" - ie. the cost implications of declarations.
