Amazing, love the card!

Fantastic cashback on the services I already use.

Santander have a reputation for less than great customer service. In my experience this couldn't be further from the truth. The staff in my branch are friendly and welcoming and I can always book an appointment with a colleague to discuss my needs. The 123 cashback on direct debits always outweighs the £2 monthly fee on my account and up to 3% on balances beats even the most enticing of ISAs at the moment. Reviewed on: 28th April 2015

Rewarding and innovative current account

Recently changed to a Santander 1|2|3 joint current account after over 30 years with an HSBC individual current account. I was attracted by the cashback benefits and the fantastic interest rates. In fact, the interest rates are so good over £3000, that you can even use it as a savings account and for your ISA until April. Customer Service is five star

I recently went into my local branch and needed help with finding transactions on an account that had since been closed.The cashier dealt with me to begin with but as it was going to take some time referred me over to another member of the team that took me to a different desk and sat me down. I was in there over half an hour and the lady was brilliant.Printed everything off I required was polite and professional throughout.I left feeling so much better than went I went in as they were so helpful.Well done. Great rewards and the Service is excellent.

How could you do better with your bank account? All the facilities of a current account and interest too. The 123 account is almost like a current and savings account in one. You get 3% as long as you keep £3000 in the account 2% for £2000 and even 1% below that. In these days of low interest savings there's not much out there that beats this. But it doesn't stop there, because you also get all sorts of money saving cash back offers on your 123 account credit card which varies depending on how much you spend. really positive experience with this brand

Ive been a Santander customer for around 16 years and was recently asked if i wanted to change to the 123 current account. I was a little apprehensive as first as it cost £2 a month to use but after being with them for 6 months and having much more cash back than its cost to use the account i am extremely pleased. The staff are very helpful always and explained the account advantages and disadvantages clearly to us. Reviewed on: 24th April 2015

Good communication and customer service

I was not happy with my old bank so decided to change. Had a good look around and found this account pay £1000 and set direct debits up to earn cash back with a £2 fee. Did all my calculations yes it was worth it. Made an appointment over the phone at my local branch and was told exactly what id I needed which was great. Went for the appointment wen through the account with me explained my old account would be closed with all dd swapped over. Fabulous no work for me apart from a couple of signatures. A few day later arrived letters confirming new account details with swapping day and it happened as they said with no hiccups. Fantastic protection and safety to store my finances

The 123 account is very simple, put more than £500 in the account a month, set up two direct debits and earn the high interest and cash back rewards the account offers. It hasn't been simpler to make the most of your ready cash. Since joining over a year ago I have earnt hundreds of pounds in interest and cash back from easy everyday sources such as paying council tax bills, phone bills etc. Its got to be the best account I have opened.
