The right solution

As a retired couple there are tax implications when taking money out of a SIPP. This loan has saved me paying a marginal rate of over 40%, with no further tax implications. Reviewed on: 15th May 2023

Friendly and efficient

We remortgaged with the Scottish Building Society and found the process quick while being kept up to date throughout. The application process was smooth and I've had follow up calls and letters to make sure all has been ok. We had to get our own solicitor to complete the conveyancing but this wasn't really a problem, just something we haven't experienced with a remortgage before.
