Fantastic lender to use

It always feels personal when you use SBS, all the way down the line, from first contact with Alex right through to the Underwriter. You know they are not following a "script" and actually look for ways to lend (rather than putting obstacles in front of themselves). And afterwards, the client is always happy. Remortgaging

I was recommended to SBS and was very pleased with the clear and straightforward responses and information received. The product information and application document was very clear which made the whole process very straightforward. The completion and setting up of DD etc went without a hitch. I would recommend SBS.
