Throughout I have found them to maintain excellent communications. One major thing that stood out to me was when you call the bank you are connected to an advisor within minutes and they are pleasant and very helpful. The deal was good, the application process was slowwwwwww

There was an awful lot of to/fro to get to the finish line. Glad we did as the deal was ok, but the number of "post application" questions that came up that I hadn't previously been informed of delayed things for weeks and weeks and caused a lot of stress. It wasn't helped by going through a broker which meant I was one step removed from the lender. Got there in the end and hopefully it will be smooth sailing ongoing. Reviewed on: 17th November 2022

Great Service

Scottish Building Society are different from the rest!! They listen and help and look at the bigger picture rather than just one size fits all!! This is the 2nd time I have used Scottish Building Society for my mortgage and I cannot fault them.
