Scottish Building Society Branch Review

No issues straight forward dealing Reviewed on: 7th October 2022

Had the Product I required, Retirement Interest Only, at competitive rates.

Good to deal with a Building Society that has a local feel to it, not just a Branch of a big Bank. Deals with queries quickly, and answers the phone, not put on an endless loop of pressing buttons to get through to someone. Approval did take longer than expected, although as I went through a Broker, that could have been down to them, and not the Building Society. Would be good if you could manage your account on-line. Excellent and Seamless Service

My request for mortgage facilities from the SBS was dealt with very quickly. The entire process was handled extremely efficiently from beginning to end and I would not hesitate to recommend the Society to anyone looking for any of the Services it provides. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

The whole process was hassle free

Efficient, no nonsense service from happy staff.
