Fast and Efficient Customer Experience

Staff were very friendly and efficient in supporting me complete my mortgage application despite some difficulties I faced with my broker, they made me feel at ease and I was comforted knowing that SBS would complete my mortgage application as efficiently and effectively as possible. Self build to fixed rate mortgage

Overall we have had a great experience with SBS, when in the self build phase of the mortgage SBS were easy to deal with and provided drawdown funds quickly and painlessly once all paperwork was in order. Once we had our building control completion certificate in place we got transferred to a fixed rate mortgage of our choosing within around a week saving us a considerable amount.
